Every Havering’s academy prepares students for GCSE. Because academies are unaccountable they give as much, or as little, information as they wish. They are in receipt of millions of pounds of public money but treat every stakeholder as a nuisance. This is an undemocratic outrage and Havering Council is helpless unless they use their position as influencers to change this situation.
